our projects

WVCA's approach to the Iloilo Provincial Capitol reflects a deep respect for heritage architecture while ensuring its continued relevance for future generations. The project was guided by the principle of preserving the building's historic character and architectural significance while enhancing its functionality as an important civic institution.

Through careful planning and sensitive design interventions, WVCA sought to reinforce the Capitol's iconic presence as a symbol of governance, cultural identity, and public service. The architectural approach balanced preservation and modernization, maintaining the building's classical elegance while accommodating contemporary operational requirements.
