ZUELLIG BUILDING, MAKATI CITY

The Zuellig Building is widely recognized as one of the Philippines' most significant achievements in sustainable commercial architecture. Designed through a collaboration between W.V. Coscolluela & Associates (WVCA) and the internationally renowned U.S.-based architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the project brought together global design excellence and local expertise to create a world-class corporate landmark in Makati's central business district.

Conceived as a high-performance green office tower, the building incorporates advanced environmental strategies, including energy-efficient systems, high-performance glazing, daylight optimization, water conservation measures, and sustainable building technologies. Its elegant architectural form and refined façade reflect a commitment to both design excellence and environmental responsibility
